A seasoned engineer, Kia was most recently at Google where he was a Technical Lead for the Core Developer Platform team, shipping software to accelerate Google engineering. Prior to Google, he was a founder and VP of Engineering at Raydiant where he led product development from idea to Series A. Like many of our founders, he started his career in scientific research (Biology at Duke and Stem Cells at Stanford), before discovering his passion for software.

When not building, you’ll most likely find him outdoors hiking, biking, or playing pickleball.
